Smith, 30, joins from Tamworth where he was club captain, having started his career at Aston Villa before moving to Southend United, Notts County and also having a spell on loan at Oxford United. Jay brings a wealth of experience at Conference Premier level and was part of the caretaker manager team that helped steer Tamworth away from relegation at the end of the 2010/11 campaign. Jay made his debut for the Bucks against Mansfield Town in a 0-0 draw at the New Bucks Head in November 2011. |
